How Our Team Members Provide Service Excellence
We prepare for company every day. Our Guests really are company coming to visit. When we have company coming to our homes, we prepare for them. We mop the floors, vacuum the carpets, make the beds, clean the sinks, wash the dishes and mow the lawn. We plan meals and consider what activities they might enjoy during their visit. Above all, we want them to enjoy their stay with us.
Every Guest First RV Resorts property starts the day by ensuring that facilities are ship shape and ready for company. The office and counter are neat and tidy, convenience store inventories are kept well-stocked, the pool and restrooms are spic and span, and our team members are well-groomed and ready to greet our Guests.
Each resort prepares a list of current activities for our Guests to enjoy in addition to the resort’s own amenities, and maintains a listing of local attractions for easy reference. Team members are always prepared to answer questions and make suggestions about the many entertainment choices that surround each resort.
Recommendations for half-day or full-day activities, restaurant locations, great hikes, and local events and festivals are readily at hand. Directions and driving distances, in both miles and time, are available.
